The Importance of Building Trust

What is the most important quality when we want to build good relationships? Maybe some people will answer with honest, with courage, with a sense of responsibility and so on. However, the answer that I want to hear is trust. Although the qualities that I mentioned above are also very crucial, I still choose trust as the most important quality and infrastructure in the construction of good relationships.

We need to deal with a lot of interpersonal relationships in our daily life, such as relationships with our families, relationships with our boss and relationships. I think all relationships are based on trust, because we can’t make any judgments if we are in communication without any trust. Simplified, there is no way to judge whether a thing is true or false. Therefore, I think it is vital to build trust.

At the same time, we not only build trust from person to person, but also need to build trust from person to society. A variety of contracts and covenants are the main embodiment of the trust from person to society.
