問題6：誰決定圣經(jīng)包含的書卷？

正典是指基督徒認(rèn)為有神獨特權(quán)威和默示的確定書目。

希臘文kanon（正典）一詞原意是指“蘆葦”，或者是“度量的杖”，后來才變?yōu)椤耙?guī)范”或“原則”。

雖然正典書卷數(shù)目有限這個觀念在很久以前就有：

但最先使用希臘文kanon指代基督教特定的神所默示書卷數(shù)目的人，似乎是亞歷山大主教阿塔納修（Athanasius，約352年，《尼西亞公會議法令》，5.18）。

最先使用kanon一詞的教會公會議是老底嘉公會議（363年）。隨后，這個詞很快就被廣泛接納和使用。
