Well being an Indian I would like to say that NASA has Been doing an excellent job over the years but one cannot neglect the advancement that has happened in ISRO in the recent times. Though the MOM is not as massive as MAVEN as a mission but ISRO has made a landmark in the history of space missions by totally getting past the economic constraints and getting its first interplanetary mission in its first attempt. I don't know what NASA scientists think of ISRO but I am sure that they will as proud as I am Being an Indian.

作為一名印度人，我想說美國宇航局多年來一直做得很出色，但是我們不能忽視印度空間研究組織最近取得的進(jìn)步。雖然“曼加里安號火星探測器”沒有“MAVEN號”那么大，但是ISRO克服了經(jīng)濟(jì)限制，在第一次嘗試中就成功完成了第一次星際飛行，從而在太空飛行史上創(chuàng)造了一個里程碑。我不知道美國宇航局的科學(xué)家們對印度空間研究組織的看法，但我相信，他們會像我作為印度人一樣自豪。

But I think we should not say that ISRO is giving tough competition to NASA or any other organization of the world. Its time not to compete but to join hands and work collaborately for improving Space Exploration Programmes and reaching new worlds, finding new homes as Earth would one day or the other will get depleted of the resources needed for survival. :)

但我認(rèn)為，我們不應(yīng)該說ISRO給NASA或世界上任何其他空間組織帶來了激烈的競爭?，F(xiàn)在遠(yuǎn)不是競爭的時候，而是應(yīng)該攜起手來，共同努力改善空間探索方案，拓展新的世界，找到新的家園，因?yàn)榈厍蚩傆幸惶鞎谋M生存所需的資源。:)

There should not be any comparison between the two. We have different aim compared to NASA.

Third, we always look them as our supporter than competitor. Though u can coin SPACEX as our competitor in near future due to commercial spheres.

So we can say that in near future ISRO will create a great rank in the competition of space science but for today NASA is the best.
