外國人申請中國工作簽證:短期工簽的優(yōu)劣勢

3、和長期工簽相同屬于合法就業(yè),受勞動(dòng)法保護(hù);

短期工簽的劣勢:
1、最長有效時(shí)間為90天,且不能延期;
2、有適用范圍限制,并非任何工作都能申請短期工簽,對于超適用范圍的工作,應(yīng)申請長期工簽,按照長期工簽的申請要求辦理,且短期工簽意義不等同于商務(wù)M簽或訪問F簽;
