故障描述

運(yùn)行期間或 SM-FTN 灌注期間出現(xiàn) Needle/Seal move limit exceeded (5.0)（針/密封移動(dòng)超出限制 (5.0)）錯(cuò)誤信息

“定義針密封”診斷測(cè)試通過(guò)，未出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題或錯(cuò)誤

環(huán)境

原因

密封常數(shù)過(guò)低 (3 N/mm)，需要重置稱重傳感器線纜。

安裝 30 μL 針時(shí)也會(huì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題，因?yàn)獒樏芊猓ㄊ褂迷撫橆^）定義會(huì)給出較低的密封常數(shù)值。針密封定義應(yīng)使用缺省的 (15 μL) 針進(jìn)行，然后可以更換為 30 μL 針，無(wú)需進(jìn)一步定義。

解決方法

重新啟動(dòng) SM-FTN。此步驟在更換針后至關(guān)重要（在 15 μL 和 30 μL 針之間更換）。

運(yùn)行“定義針密封件”診斷測(cè)試，確保密封常數(shù)接近 8-11 N/mm。

SYMPTOMS

Error message "Needle/Seal move limit exceeded (5.0)" appears during runs or during priming of SM-FTN

"Characterize Needle Seal" diagnostic passes without issue or error

CAUSE

The seal constant is too low (3 N/mm). The load cell cable needs to be reset.

Needle carriage wear issue , loose belt from the needle carriage can cause this error.

Problem will occur also when 30 uL needle is fitted as the characterization of the needle seal (with that needle) will give low value of seal constant. The characterization of the needle seal shall be performed with default (15 uL) needle and then it can be replaced with 30 uL needle without further characterizations.

FIX or WORKAROUND

Power-cycle the SM-FTN. This step is crucial after needle replacement (changing between 15uL and 30uL needles).

Run the "characterize needle seal" diagnostic and ensure the seal constant is closer to 8-11 N/mm.
