不要追隨那些告訴你必須贖罪，不論以什麼方式贖罪的人。反之，信任你自己存在的自發(fā)性，信任你自己的生命。如果不喜歡你的處境，就檢查你擁有的那些信念，將其帶到光天化日之下。在你之內(nèi)沒有什么值得害怕。

Do not follow those who tell you that you must do penance, in whatever form. Trust instead the spontaneity of your own being and the life that is your own. If you do not like where you are, then examine those beliefs that you have. Bring them out into the open. There is nothing within yourself to fear.
