就是先求出來(lái)這個(gè)數(shù)對(duì)應(yīng)的二進(jìn)制的數(shù)字，然后將二進(jìn)制的1變成0,0變成1；再返回對(duì)應(yīng)的十進(jìn)制的數(shù)字，原理簡(jiǎn)單，但是我把0忽略了，所以fail一次；
