????Does nature a friend or an enemy? William does not know, but one thing he is confirms that what is your attitude to nature, how nature to you.

????On William’s last adventure before he started his stable life, William and his friends John and Christopher went hiking on a mountain. At that time, he was just a silly teenager and did not take anything seriously.

????Unfortunately, when they just decided to return, they caught in a massive storm. So, they had to stay more time on the mountain, but their food could only satiate them for two days and they must keep one-day-food for return. The next day, the storm still did not stop, so they should go out to find food. They were on a mountain, so they could be easy to find eatable plant. But the storm had almost destroyed most numbers of those plants. Meanwhile, it was very dark that they could not see clearly. So, they went their tent with empty bags.

????It was a wintry night, John was grumble for their bad luck, and Christopher had a positive heard. He was a Christian, and he thought that was a challenge for them by Jehovah God, they were there because they made the mistake of not paying attention to the possible disasters. And where was William? Oh, that was nothing bigger than sleep!

????The night passed; the rain was still gone on. John have not slept all night, when William woke up, Christopher had gone out and find eatable plant, he thought it was morning and could find more easily. But, till the hour hand on the watch points down, Christopher was still did not back. The other two had to search him in the rain. They finally found Christopher’s footprints down the hill by a river. They were devastated, and William said” I wish God bless him.”. By now, William absolutely made a sense of awe for nature.

????After a period of silence, they began to look for food again. This time they found a small amount of food, but they were still unable to stay more time. They must start their journey back----in the rain.

????They mountain is not far from the city, but it still takes half a day to walk. John and William both pumped up each other and walked, regardless of whether they caught fevers.

????Luckily, they safely trudged back to the nearest William’s house, then they became seriously ill. After they recovered, they both became Christian, and went to Christopher’s house told his family about his accident. But the next week, Christopher was back. He was swept away by the water flow to a nearby farmer’s house, and the farmer rescued him. “It was God's blessing and my fear of nature that saved him.” Said William. All three good friends are safe.

????So never underestimate nature, she has the absolute power to destroy you. But when you truly revere her, she will protect you.
