采訪“零廢棄成都”Repair Cafe聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人

-您在修什么呢？

-啊，我在修一個(gè)游戲散熱器。

-你平時(shí)就是一位裁縫嗎？

-啊，就是。

Rocco:

Because this place is really cool!

因?yàn)檫@個(gè)地方真的很酷！

米哥：

嘿，我是米哥！

隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展和這個(gè)物質(zhì)文明的高度發(fā)達(dá)，越來(lái)越多的人認(rèn)識(shí)到了人類制造了越來(lái)越多的垃圾。

這種用完即棄的態(tài)度，給世界帶來(lái)了太大的負(fù)擔(dān)和污染，于是喚醒人們零浪費(fèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)，開(kāi)始在海外慢慢盛行起來(lái)。

2009年，一位叫Martine Postma的荷蘭女士創(chuàng)立了一個(gè)公益組織叫Repair Coffee，中文名叫修理咖啡。

由于越來(lái)越多的人開(kāi)始認(rèn)識(shí)這種環(huán)保觀念，僅僅在6年的時(shí)間，Repair Coffee就在全球33個(gè)國(guó)家蔓延開(kāi)來(lái)。

今天我們有幸在中國(guó)成都拖板鞋青年旅社的屋頂咖啡館采訪到了正在這里進(jìn)行Repair Coffee活動(dòng)的組織人。

請(qǐng)你介紹一下自己。

Emma:Hello,大家好我是Emma，我是“零廢棄成都”的創(chuàng)始人之一，然后這位是我的合伙人Recco.

Rocco:你好，大家好，我是“石頭”，Rocco。很高興認(rèn)識(shí)你。

-米哥：啊，Rocco.

-Rocco:啊，Yes.

米哥：

Can you tell us a little bit about the Repair Cafe's history?

您能給我們講一講修理咖啡館的一點(diǎn)歷史嗎？

Rocco:

OK.So the history of the Repair Cafe started in Armsterdam,in Holland.

好的。所以有關(guān)修理咖啡館的歷史呢，是從荷蘭的阿姆斯特丹開(kāi)始的。

They came up with this...It was one lady that she had a toy from her childhood.

它的起源是這樣的——有一個(gè)女士，她有一個(gè)玩具，是童年時(shí)代的一個(gè)玩具。

It was torn down,so she needed to fix it.

它已經(jīng)破損了，所以她需要把它修好。

So she brought some friends into a Cafe and then started repairing not only her Teddy Bear but many other things.

她找到一些朋友，一起來(lái)到咖啡館，開(kāi)始修繕一些不僅僅是她的泰迪熊這樣的玩具，還有許多其他東西。

Then they decided to do it regularly like every month,once a month.

然后他們決定定期地舉辦這樣的活動(dòng)，比如說(shuō)每月舉辦一次。

And yeah,it then became a thing.

然后這件事就這么成了。

Because Holland is a very environmentalist country.

因?yàn)楹商m是非常重視環(huán)保的國(guó)家。

They actually replicated it to many countries in Europe.

然后他們將這個(gè)理念復(fù)制到歐洲很多其他國(guó)家。

And now,it's worldwide famous.

現(xiàn)在，已經(jīng)全球盛行了。

Because when we repair things,we keep the value of objects,the things we have.

因?yàn)楫?dāng)我們?cè)诰S修東西的時(shí)候，我們保留了一件物品的價(jià)值。

So we don't have to buy new things,we don't have to (like) sponsor this loop of buying new things (like) extract new materials from the ground.

因此，我們不需要再新買(mǎi)東西、過(guò)度消費(fèi)，從地球上不斷地剝削資源。

It is better for the planet.

這對(duì)我們這顆星球來(lái)說(shuō)會(huì)更好。

We keep the value of objects in the loop.

我們也可以一直保持已經(jīng)生產(chǎn)的商品價(jià)值。

Oh.Fine.

So...Rocco,where are you from?

那么，石頭，您來(lái)自哪里呢？

Rocco：

I'm from Venezuela,South America

我來(lái)自委內(nèi)瑞拉，南美洲。

米哥：

You got Repair Cafe in your country?

在您的國(guó)家有維修咖啡館嗎？

Rocco：

I don't know about it actually.

實(shí)際上我不是很清楚。

I've been away from my country for long time already.（注：for long time 是口語(yǔ)中偷懶的說(shuō)法，書(shū)寫(xiě)應(yīng)寫(xiě)為for a long time）

我已經(jīng)離開(kāi)我的國(guó)家很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間了。

And I know my family now is living in Miami and I know there is a Repair Cafe in Miami.

我知道我的家人現(xiàn)在居住在邁阿密州，我知道在邁阿密是有維修咖啡館的。

I know some of them in Spain.

我也知道在西班牙的一些維修咖啡館。

I got some family and relatives live in Spain,and yes,they do have them in Spain.

我的一些家人和親友也有住在西班牙的，那里確實(shí)也是有維修咖啡館的。

Yeah,Europe is a very environmentalist place...area,so you can see a lot of these activities.

對(duì)，歐洲是環(huán)保觀念很強(qiáng)的地方，所以你可以看到很多這樣的環(huán)?；顒?dòng)。

米哥：

OK.So the purpose of building this Repair Cafe or establish a Repair Cafe is just for environmental-friendly concern

好的。所以創(chuàng)建維修咖啡館的動(dòng)機(jī)或創(chuàng)立維修咖啡館就是出于對(duì)環(huán)保的擔(dān)憂嗎？

Emma:Yeah.是的

米哥：

Em...What about the Chengdu Repair Cafe.

嗯..那么關(guān)于成都維修咖啡館項(xiàng)目——

Actually this is my second time heard about it,but I never met the people from Repair Cafe.

實(shí)際上這是我第二次聽(tīng)說(shuō)成都有這個(gè)活動(dòng)，但是我迄今為止還沒(méi)有遇到過(guò)維修咖啡館的人士。

Today is my first time.

今天我是第一次遇到。

Can you tell us a little bit about the history of...or story about Chengdu Repair Cafe.

您可以給我們講一講一些關(guān)于它的歷史和它的故事嗎？

How did you guys bring it to the town.

你們是怎么把這個(gè)項(xiàng)目引進(jìn)到成都的。

Emma:

So, to be honest,this Repair Cafe is one of the events in our 12 events series of"Going Zero Waste Awareness Campaign".

老實(shí)說(shuō)，維修咖啡館這個(gè)活動(dòng)只是我們的“零廢棄喚醒運(yùn)動(dòng)”12個(gè)活動(dòng)中的一個(gè)。

We designed this event in three parts.

活動(dòng)中我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)了三個(gè)部分。

The first part is"Awareness"

第一部分是喚醒。

The second part is"Action"

第二部分是行動(dòng)。

And the third part is"Leadership"

第三部分是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。

And the Repair Cafe is a very important part in this "Action" part.

維修咖啡館項(xiàng)目是其中很重要的一部分。

In this "Action" part,we designed 6 events based on the 6 arts of Zero Waste life style.

在這個(gè)行動(dòng)部分，我們基于六中零廢棄生活方式，設(shè)計(jì)了6個(gè)活動(dòng)。

And repairing is a very important part for,like Rocco said,to keep the material in the consumption loop,not been wasted,but to bring the objects to repaired and reuse eventually.

修理這個(gè)部分是非常重要的一環(huán)，就像石頭所說(shuō)，讓已使用的資源繼續(xù)在消費(fèi)閉環(huán)流通，不要浪費(fèi)，把東西修好，廢物再利用。

米哥：

OK...So ah it looks like you guys are couple?

明白，嗯..你們看起來(lái)是兩口子嗎？

Not yet or...

還沒(méi)有或是...

Emma:

Yes,yes,we are,yes.

是的，我們是。

米哥：

So,who's idea?

所以是誰(shuí)的點(diǎn)子？

Rocco:

of the Repair Cafe?

維修咖啡館？

米哥：

Yes,yes.

是的。

Emma:

It's his idea actually.

是他的點(diǎn)子。

Rocco:

Yeah,yeah,I've been always wanna do it.（注：有些人習(xí)慣讀作wanna to但依然寫(xiě)作wanna）

我其實(shí)一直就有個(gè)想法去做這件事。

And actually we met one Swiss guy from Switzerland,in Chengdu.

實(shí)際上我們遇到了一個(gè)來(lái)自瑞士的朋友，在成都遇到的。

He has done this Repair Cafe two times.

他在成都舉辦過(guò)兩次維修咖啡廳的活動(dòng)。

We were in one of his activities and we know that it can be done.

我們參加過(guò)其中一次活動(dòng)，然后我們覺(jué)得我們也可以做這樣的有益的活動(dòng)。

米哥：

So you have to apply from the main organization of Repair Cafe to host the event around city or around the world?

所以您就向維修咖啡館組織申請(qǐng)?jiān)诔鞘谢蛘咴谑澜缛魏我粋€(gè)地方舉辦這個(gè)活動(dòng)嗎？

Rocco:

Ah...not necessarily.

啊，那倒不必。

You can and I definitely encourage people to do it.

當(dāng)然您是可以，我們也鼓勵(lì)大家這么做。

米哥：

So you use the brand of Repair Cafe,so you must have applied for the permission to use it?

所以，使用維修咖啡館這個(gè)名號(hào)，是需要申請(qǐng)的嗎？

Rocco:

Hm...well...this is also in the website.

呃，好。這也是在維修咖啡館的網(wǎng)站上申請(qǐng)的。

It is a free idea.

這是一個(gè)共享的點(diǎn)子。

Anybody can take it and use it.

所有人都可以使用這個(gè)點(diǎn)子。

They provide the different services.

維修咖啡館的官網(wǎng)提供不同的服務(wù)。

They have,like information.

比如提供一些信息。

They also design how it should be.

或者幫你設(shè)計(jì)怎樣舉辦等等。

If you wanna pay and help this organization,it's donation based.

如果您愿意為這個(gè)組織捐獻(xiàn)的話。

米哥：

So as long as you follow the regulations or rules of Repair Cafe,anyone can host an event like this.

所以只要符合維修咖啡館的政策規(guī)定，任何人都可以用維修咖啡館這個(gè)名號(hào)來(lái)舉辦活動(dòng)。

So I am just wondering,what does Repair Cafe fix?

所以我很好奇，維修咖啡館都維修些什么東西呢？

Anything or...?

任何東西，或者...

Emma:

So as you can see outside,this time we chose 3 stations.

就像你看到外面區(qū)域，這一次我們準(zhǔn)備了3個(gè)維修站點(diǎn)。

One is bike,they fix bikes.

一個(gè)是自行車，他們維修自行車。

One is clothes,bags or shoes.

一個(gè)是修補(bǔ)衣物、包和鞋子。

And the other one is for electronics.

還有一個(gè)是維修電器。

So actually as you said,Repair Cafe can fix anything.

所以就像你說(shuō)的那樣，維修咖啡館可以修理任何東西。

米哥：

Even my broken heart?

甚至是我受傷的心嗎？

Any psychologist?

有心理師嗎？

Emma:

Why not？

為什么不呢？

米哥：

Actually we promoted this event in the past few days.

實(shí)際上我這兩天也幫著推廣了一下你們的這個(gè)活動(dòng)。

Someone told me,oh,I got a broken heart.

有個(gè)人告訴我，我有一顆受傷的心。

Anybody can help me to fix it?

有人可以維修嗎？

I said yes,of course.

我說(shuō)是的，當(dāng)然可以。

Emma：

Yes,come here.

是的，來(lái)這兒吧。

Come here share your joy and then your heart will be fixed.

來(lái)這里分享你的快樂(lè)，然后你受傷的心就會(huì)被修復(fù)。

Rocco:

You can definitely meet really cool people.

你在這里可以遇到很多很酷的人。

I mean you can definitely meet really cool people.

我的意思是，你在這里可以遇到很多很酷的人。

And that's why we actually picked this place.

這也是我們選擇這里舉辦活動(dòng)的原因。

Because this place is really cool.

因?yàn)槌啥纪习逍嗄曷蒙缯娴暮芸帷?/p>

米哥：

This is gonna the last question I'll ask you.

您實(shí)際提前回答了我準(zhǔn)備的最后一個(gè)問(wèn)題。

So the question number 4 —Any kind of person could participate into...what kind of person...what kind of people could participate into this campaign or event,anybody or?

所以第四個(gè)問(wèn)題——任何人都可以參與到，我的意思是，什么樣的人可以參與到這些活動(dòng)中來(lái)呢，任何人還是？

Rocco:

Yes,generally the people that are worrying about the environment and the environmental impact of our consumption,generally educated and more aware,very aware people would come and try to repair things.

是的，通常來(lái)說(shuō)，對(duì)環(huán)境問(wèn)題擔(dān)憂或者對(duì)消費(fèi)影響環(huán)境有擔(dān)憂的人，通常受過(guò)良好教育的，更有，很有環(huán)保意識(shí)，并且愿意來(lái)參與維修的人們都可以加入。

Instead of just buying new things.

而不是那些一直買(mǎi)買(mǎi)買(mǎi)的人們。

Yeah,keep the value,keep the value of objects.

是的，保留價(jià)值，保留物品價(jià)值。

米哥：

I have a question.

我有一個(gè)問(wèn)題。

You guys repair things for free,or?

外面這些人修理東西是免費(fèi)的嗎？

So these are volunteers.

所以他們是志愿者。

They are all with the environmental concern in their mind.

他們都是有環(huán)保觀念的志愿者。

Rocco:

Yeah.Some of them are,and some of them are not...

嗯。有一些是，有一些不是。

Ah..We were fortunate to apply for a grant and we got this grant

嗯。其實(shí)我們很幸運(yùn)地申請(qǐng)到了贊助。

And we got this grant to be able to do this awareness campaign

我們把拿到的贊助，用于運(yùn)營(yíng)這些環(huán)保活動(dòng)。

So we have 12 events.

所以我們有12個(gè)不同的活動(dòng)。

We are using the money from the grant to pay the sponsors.

我們使用募集來(lái)的贊助，付給支持我們互動(dòng)的人們。

米哥：

So actually is it another organization?

所以，這里又涉及到另外一些組織了嗎？

Environmental-friendly organization?

另外的一些環(huán)保組織？

You said that you have 12 different campaigns ot events which is actually based on different organizations or all from Repair Cafe？

你說(shuō)過(guò)你們有12個(gè)不同的活動(dòng)，他們都是基于不同的組織嗎或者全部與維修咖啡館相關(guān)？

Rocco:

No,it's from us.

不，這些活動(dòng)全部由我們運(yùn)營(yíng)。

Those 12 events are from our company“Zero Waste Chengdu”.

這12個(gè)活動(dòng)都是我們“成都零廢棄公司”的。

This is our company.

這是我們的公司。

We have two initiatives,one is consultancy,helping businesses and schools,communities to reduce their waste and the second one will be the Zero Food Waste.

我們有兩個(gè)方案，一個(gè)是咨詢，幫助商業(yè)、學(xué)校和社區(qū)減少浪費(fèi)；第二個(gè)是食物零廢棄。

We have Zero Food Waste initiative where we basically partner up with businesses.

我們有食物零廢棄項(xiàng)目，我們會(huì)找到商業(yè)合作伙伴。

They want to sell their surplus food,so like we sell the surplus food from Fairmont hotel and bakeries or restaurants.

我們會(huì)幫助他們銷售那些盈余的食物，就像我們幫助費(fèi)爾蒙德酒店銷售他們的盈余食物，還有那些面包店或者是餐廳等。

Now we have some partners and we are,like,selling their surplus food.

現(xiàn)在我們有一些合作伙伴，進(jìn)行盈余食物的銷售工作。

米哥：

So the picture is much larger than I expected.

所以這個(gè)環(huán)保項(xiàng)目涉及的領(lǐng)域真的比我預(yù)想的要寬廣很多呢。

This is just one tip of the iceberg of the whole project,right?

這僅僅是整個(gè)環(huán)保項(xiàng)目的冰山一角對(duì)吧？

Rocco:

The environment is a complicated issue and everybody can participate into this,contribute..

環(huán)保是一件很復(fù)雜的事情，但每個(gè)人都可以參與進(jìn)來(lái)，貢獻(xiàn)進(jìn)來(lái)。

米哥：

Yes.Yes.Cool.

是的是的，很酷。

As I told Emma that my down-jacket was broken,I just fixed myself yesterday.

就像我剛才跟Emma聊天，我告訴她我有一件破損的羽絨服，我昨天剛剛自己修好了它。

I got something online,very cheap.

我在網(wǎng)上買(mǎi)了一些材料，非常便宜。

But it can keep my down-jacket still alive,instead of just throwing it away.

但是它缺可以讓我的羽絨服繼續(xù)活著，不至于扔掉它。

So I could offer some help later.

所以說(shuō)不定待會(huì)兒我還可以貢獻(xiàn)點(diǎn)維修的工作呢。

So,last question.

好，最后一個(gè)問(wèn)題。

Why did you choose this place,Chengdu Flipflop Hostel as your event site?

為什么你們會(huì)選擇成都拖板鞋青年旅舍作為你們活動(dòng)的舉辦場(chǎng)地呢？

Rocco:

Well,you know,this place is definitely becoming more and more famous for these events.

嗯。你知道這個(gè)地方正在變得越來(lái)越知名，特別是作為活動(dòng)舉辦場(chǎng)地。

That are really cool events happening every week.

每周這里都有舉辦各種很酷的文化活動(dòng)。

There is a really cool one called Spittoon.

有一個(gè)很酷的組織叫Spittoon。

That I've come here to see many times.

我到這里來(lái)參加過(guò)那個(gè)活動(dòng)好多次。

My roommate is one of the organizers of that event.

我的室友其實(shí)就是這個(gè)活動(dòng)的組織者之一。

And Ah.yeah,we just love this place.

啊，我們真的是很喜歡這個(gè)地方。

It's a great place.

這是個(gè)很棒的地方。
