生態(tài)環(huán)境部日前發(fā)布了2019年6月和1-6月全國空氣質(zhì)量狀況，上半年受監(jiān)測的全國337個城市中，整體平均優(yōu)良天數(shù)達到80.1%，142個城市空氣質(zhì)量達標，同比增加20個。

• Air quality in Chinese cities continued to see improvement in the first half of 2019 (H1) as government efforts to increase environmental protection were strengthened, according to?the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE).

• 據(jù)生態(tài)環(huán)境部介紹，隨著政府加大環(huán)境保護力度，今年上半年我國城市空氣質(zhì)量持續(xù)好轉(zhuǎn)。

• For 337 cities monitored by the ministry, the?share?of average good air quality days stood at 80.1 percent in H1, up 0.4 percentage points year-on-year, MEE data showed Monday.

• 生態(tài)環(huán)境部8日發(fā)布的數(shù)據(jù)顯示，今年1-6月，全國337個地級及以上城市平均優(yōu)良天數(shù)比例為80.1%，同比上升0.4個百分點。

除此之外，1-6月，PM2.5平均濃度為40微克/立方米，同比下降2.4%。

• The average PM2.5 density, a key indicator of air pollution, decreased by 2.4 percent year-on-year to 40 micrograms per cubic meter over the period, while the average density of PM10 and sulfur dioxide fell 4.2 percent and 14.3 percent, respectively.

• 今年上半年，全國337個地級及以上城市的PM2.5濃度為40微克/立方米，同比下降2.4%；PM10濃度和二氧化硫濃度分別同比下降4.2%、14.3%。

PM2.5 &?PM10

PM，英文全稱為particulate matter（顆粒物）。按照空氣動力學直徑大小，可將大氣顆粒物分為：總懸浮顆粒物 、可吸入顆粒物（PM10）、細顆粒物 （PM2.5）。

PM10：大氣中直徑等于或小于10微米的顆粒物，可進入人的呼吸系統(tǒng)。

PM2.5：大氣中直徑小于或等于2.5微米的顆粒物，被吸入人體后會直接進入支氣管，干擾肺部的氣體交換，引發(fā)包括哮喘、支氣管炎和心血管病等方面的疾病。

從重點城市空氣質(zhì)量排名看，上半年168個重點城市中，臨汾、邢臺、石家莊等20個城市空氣質(zhì)量相對較差；?？凇⒗_、深圳等20個城市空氣質(zhì)量相對較好。

• Haikou, Lhasa and Shenzhen continued to rank top three on the list of 168 cities' air quality from Jan-June while cities in the provinces of Hebei, Shanxi and Henan lagged behind.

1-6月，京津冀及周邊地區(qū)“2+26”城市平均優(yōu)良天數(shù)比例為20.9%，同比下降4.1個百分點；PM2.5濃度為66微克/立方米，同比上升4.8%。長三角地區(qū)41個城市PM2.5濃度為47微克/立方米，同比下降4.1%。

• Over the same period, the average PM2.5 density in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the neighboring region rose 4.8 percent from 2018 while the average in the Yangtze River Delta fell 4.1 percent.

從空氣質(zhì)量同比改善幅度看，上半年168個重點城市中，南寧、宿州、肇慶等20個城市空氣質(zhì)量改善幅度相對較好；泰安、大連、臨沂等20個城市空氣質(zhì)量改善幅度相對較差。

此外，7月8日，環(huán)境部還同時公布，第二輪第一批中央生態(tài)環(huán)境保護督察近日將全面啟動。

• The ministry said Monday that a new round of environmental inspection will soon be launched, with inspectors expected to be sent to six province-level regions as well as two centrally administered State-owned enterprises.

• 此外，環(huán)境部還公布，第二輪第一批中央生態(tài)環(huán)境保護督察近日將全面啟動。已組建8個中央生態(tài)環(huán)境保護督察組，分別負責對福建、海南、重慶等6個?。ㄊ校┖椭袊宓V集團有限公司、中國化工集團有限公司2家中央企業(yè)開展督察進駐工作。
