People tend to learn something from the tough times. This was true for me when I wastransferred to another school at the age of nine.
Due to the difference between the new school's curriculum and the former one's, I could notcatch up with my classmates in English lessons. To be frank, I was still struggling with learningvocabulary. Things got worse when our class was informed that we had to prepare an English poetryrecital performance for the party on Children's Day in just two weeks. I spent all my spare timefiguring out those words' pronunciations and meanings, but they just escaped my mind when I tried torecite the poem. This made me very stressed and frustrated. Noticing this, my English teacher offeredto guide me to pronounce after school and correct my mistakes. Her patience energized me to keeppracticing to keep pace with my classmates. Luckily, on the day of the performance, _we received a lotof applause and cheers from the audience. I even spotted a smile of recognition on my Englishteacher's face.
Everyone inevitably experiences difficulties on the path to success, but with the encouragementand help of those who care about you, you can be strong enough to achieve success. I have beeninspired a lot from this experience to help people in need. To help others break through the barriers isto prepare yourself with the power to overcome potential difficulties.
