Thanks for your question. I’m Shen Yue and it is a great honor for me to sit here for this interview. I will introduce myself from my working experience and academic performance.

Let’s come to my working experience. My first work was in?the cultural industry department?of?Beijing?Municipal Government. I worked for 5 years.?During this period,?apart from my regular work, I also put my practical reflections into the research work.?I wrote more than 40?articles?about?cultural industry decision-making, which enabled me gain high praise from my leaders. My?suggestions?about the?renovation of old factories and upgrading of new bookstore models have been?adopted.?I’m glad to witness that these suggestions have positive effects on?the capital’s cultural innovation increment.?Here, I want to say, the proudest thing this job brought me is that I?took the lead in building a copyright trading platform based on blockchain technology, and completed the follow-up empowerment of nft technology for the platform.?This experience improved my ability of being a good team leader and arranging time effectively and efficiently. Now, I take a position?in the Party School of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee.?My?specific work?includes?the training and management of senior cadres in Beijing. It should be emphasized that my decision to pursue a doctorate?is highly supported by my leaders and I feel grateful to my leaders.

Next, I would like to share my academic performance with you to show my research ability.?When it comes to research work, I have to say it is a long way and it is worth my continuous efforts. In recent years, I have published several papers as the first author in some important journals. Among them, it is worth mentioning that one of my paper about technology innovation has been recruited by SCI as the first author, and another paper by the Core Journal of Peking University (PKU). In the process of writing these papers, I have not only improved my written ability, but also fostered my own style of independent thinking. I really enjoy the joy when I finished the paper. I really enjoy the delight when I witnessed my paper was published. I really enjoy the happiness when my paper was read by many people to give them some thoughts. Therefore, I would like to devote myself to more research work.

In a word,?I am ready to take challenges and work under pressure if I have the opportunity to join you.?If I were admitted by Tianjin University, I would work hard to enrich my knowledge reserve, follow the path of my mentors and predecessors, become a qualified teacher, and carry forward the motto of “seeking truth from facts”.
