Tof MRM 實(shí)驗(yàn)未正確設(shè)置。
解決方法
在 Tof MRM 實(shí)驗(yàn)中：
請勿選擇 RADAR。
確保為 MRM 窗口選擇 Single Isotope（單個同位素）或 Isotope Cluster（同位素簇）。
在 MRM Editor（MRM 編輯器）窗口中：
如果已知最佳碰撞能量，請選擇單個碰撞能量 (CE)。
為主要的目標(biāo)子離子設(shè)置 Target Enhancement（目標(biāo)增強(qiáng)）m/z

CAUSE
The Tof MRM experiment is not set up properly.
FIX or WORKAROUND
In the Tof MRM experiment:
Do not select RADAR.
Be sure to select Single Isotope or Isotope Cluster for the MRM window.
In the MRM Editor window:
Select a single collision energy (CE) if the best collision energy is known.
Set the Target Enhancement?m/z?for the main daughter ion of interest.
