????????5月7日，我們的同事、中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)記者李洋在報(bào)社收發(fā)室發(fā)現(xiàn)了一張來(lái)自意大利博洛尼亞的明信片，落款為Frank。他/她寫道：“中國(guó)有古老的文明，疫情肆虐之時(shí)，愿上帝保佑你們和世界共渡難關(guān)。”

????????讓人動(dòng)容的是，明信片的寄出時(shí)間是2020年1月29日，當(dāng)時(shí)正是中國(guó)最困難的時(shí)候。

????????經(jīng)過3個(gè)多月，這張承載著對(duì)所有中國(guó)朋友祝福的明信片，漂洋過海來(lái)到了我們身邊。

My dear China people,?

我親愛的中國(guó)朋友們：

You are the first civilization of this world, and my city of Bologna, have the first university in the world of Law A.D. 1088.

????????中國(guó)是世界上最古老的文明，而公元1088年在我的城市博洛尼亞誕生了世界上第一所法學(xué)院。

If the China need something, to ask and to have everything the people need, because in this city everybody is one Marco Polo.

????????如果中國(guó)有任何需求，只要開口我們定當(dāng)竭力相助，博洛尼亞每一位市民都是“馬可·波羅”。

God bless all Chinese people in this bad situation. I trust in God for you and for the world.

I stumbled across a postcard addressed to "China people" on a desk in China Daily's mail office on the night of May 7.

????????周四下晚班，我偶然在報(bào)社收發(fā)室的桌子上發(fā)現(xiàn)了一張寫給“中國(guó)人民”的明信片。

It's heartwarming to read your sincere wishes to the Chinese people and the world during the COVID-19 pandemic.

????????你對(duì)中國(guó)人民以及全世界抗擊疫情的真誠(chéng)祝福讀來(lái)讓人暖心。

I noticed you posted it on Jan 29, during the most difficult stage in China's battle against the virus.

????????我注意到你是1月29日從博洛尼亞寄出的這張明信片，那是中國(guó)抗擊疫情最困難的階段。

That it took more than three months for the postcard to come all the way to our hands — much faster than Marco Polo? — has only made it more valuable.

????????這張明信片用了三個(gè)多月才送到我們手中，比馬可·波羅快了不少，這更顯出了它的珍貴。

At this time the situation is better in China, but has worsened in many other countries, including Italy.In facing this common enemy, it is the spirit of mutual assistance your message has embodied that helps us weather the storm.

????????現(xiàn)在中國(guó)疫情基本控制住了，包括意大利在內(nèi)的許多其他國(guó)家形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻。面對(duì)共同的敵人，正如你信中所示，團(tuán)結(jié)互助才能讓我們共克時(shí)艱。

I hope all goes well with you and the Italian people, who have always emerged stronger from ordeals in their long history.

????????衷心希望你以及所有意大利人民一切安好。那是一個(gè)有著悠久歷史的國(guó)家，相信意大利必將戰(zhàn)勝疫情。
