「釋義」
“復(fù)雜性”在商業(yè)語境中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn),但其含義并不明確。?在發(fā)表于《哈佛商業(yè)評(píng)論》的《駕馭復(fù)雜性》中,“復(fù)雜性”是彼此之間存在著多種不同聯(lián)系的多個(gè)不同要素(如特定技術(shù)、原材料、產(chǎn)品、人員和組織單位等)?!岸鄠€(gè)不同要素”和“多種不同聯(lián)系”這兩大特質(zhì)都可能產(chǎn)生正面或負(fù)面影響,取決于公司如何應(yīng)對(duì)。
復(fù)雜性伴隨著高成本,但在多變的動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境里,復(fù)雜性也能帶來很大的益處。
