解決策略:應(yīng)用Platon中的SQUEEZE子程序去除溶劑分子(客體分子)衍射貢獻(xiàn)后,用新產(chǎn)生的文件精修即可?;蛘邞?yīng)用新產(chǎn)生的name.hkl及name.fab文件,在原本的name.ins文件中加入abin指令,精修即可。加入abin指令精修,程序會(huì)讀取name.fab文件并寫入相應(yīng)的squeeze信息到CIF中,無需手動(dòng)將squeeze信息寫入CIF中。
