The recommended dose is 0.01 mg/kg to a maximum of 0.3 mg in children. Any patient weighing over 50 kg should receive 0.5 mg IM.
建議兒童劑量為0.01 mg/kg到最大劑量0.3mg。任何超過(guò)50kg體重患者應(yīng)該給0.5mg肌注。
