3月2日，星期六 【本書(shū)已在亞馬遜上架】

這一周，我每天下午都要騎一會(huì)兒馬。我出去時(shí)已較晚，到處都是樹(shù)蔭，已經(jīng)不那么熱了。媽媽一直跟著，協(xié)助我練習(xí)那些比賽項(xiàng)目。我把手表取下來(lái)交給她為我計(jì)時(shí)，結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)我每天都有進(jìn)步，尤其是繞桿賽和連跳。我也跨越過(guò)了較大的障礙欄，現(xiàn)在我居然能跳過(guò)27英寸（約68.58厘米）！?。∵@可比以前高得多了！不過(guò)，火花也開(kāi)始耍性子了。有時(shí)，她剛好跑到障礙欄面前就停下來(lái)，昨天下午還差點(diǎn)兒把我摔下來(lái)。阿里對(duì)我說(shuō)，火花已經(jīng)摸熟了我的脾氣，想要駕馭我；因此現(xiàn)在我必須要?jiǎng)诱娓竦?，利用雙腿命令她前進(jìn)；我必須態(tài)度強(qiáng)硬，迫使她跨越障礙；我必須讓她明白，我才是老大！

明天，我們要去鄰居的牧場(chǎng)里騎乘一大圈。這座巨大的山坡和大片的土地都屬于他們家。他們對(duì)我爸說(shuō)，我們可以在那兒騎馬，不過(guò)要注意他家的牛群，一定要確保關(guān)好攔住牛群的柵欄門(mén)，不能讓牛兒們跑出來(lái)。那片山坡上非常漂亮。

Saturday 2 March

I’ve been riding every afternoon this week. I’ve been going later when it’s really shady and not so hot. Mom’s been helping me with all the sporting events. She’s been using my watch to time me and I’m getting quicker every day, especially with bending and bounce pony. I’ve been going over bigger jumps too and now I can jump 27 inches!!! That’s getting so much higher. Sparkle does seem to be getting stubborn though. Sometimes she just stops at the jumps and yesterday I nearly fell off. Ali told me that she’s getting used to me and wants to be the boss. So now I have to really use my leg aids and push her on. I have to be really strong and push her over the jumps. I have to show her I’m the boss!

Tomorrow the girls and I are going to go for a big ride up on our neighbor’s property. They have this massive hill and heaps of land and they told Dad that it’s okay for us to ride up there. We just have to watch out for their cows. And of course, be sure to shut the gate so they don’t get out. It’s so pretty up there.( 文章閱讀網(wǎng)：www.sanwen.net )
