you are blessed beings indeed, I am that one that you know is Jesus

你們確實(shí)是深受祝福的存有，我就是你們所認(rèn)識(shí)的J

and that is why I always tell you that you are blessed beings indeed?

這就是為什么我總是告訴你“你確實(shí)是深受祝福的存有”的原因

because you do not perceive yourself that way?

因?yàn)槟悴⒉荒菢涌醋约?/p>

this is an important point of view to carry through your day

這是你需要通過今天的寬恕來獲得的一個(gè)重要觀點(diǎn)：

to forgive yourself for the misperceptions and poor teaching that you have had?

去寬恕自己之前所受到的，錯(cuò)誤與匱乏的教導(dǎo)

that have caused you to be arrogant or short tempered or lustful or angry or self-righteous?

正是這些教導(dǎo)，使你陷入：傲慢、暴躁、好色、憤怒或自以為是

there are many many points of view that you have of yourself that caused you great suffering?

你對(duì)自己許許多多的觀點(diǎn)，引起了你巨大的痛苦

because they shut down a part of your mind?

因?yàn)樗鼈冴P(guān)閉了你一部分的心靈

they shut down a part of your emotions?

它們關(guān)閉了你的一部分情緒

and they shut down therefore access to parts of the world?

因此，它們關(guān)閉了通往世界的大門

your experience that you might potentially have?

而這一部分的體驗(yàn)，你本來是可能擁有的

if you see yourself as angry you will have to reflect that back to yourself in the world so you will encounter anger?

如果你視自己為憤怒的，你就會(huì)在世界上獲得這樣的反射給你，所以，你會(huì)遇到憤怒

if you see yourself as imposed upon?

如果你認(rèn)為自己是受到強(qiáng)迫的

you will have people imposing upon you?

你就會(huì)遇到強(qiáng)迫你的人

and so you will feel a victim of the world?

因此，你就會(huì)覺得自己是世界的受害者

remember that other lesson I am NOT a victim of the world

還記得另外一課：“我并不是世界的受害者 ”嗎？

these perceptions create experiences for you?

這些觀念創(chuàng)造了你的經(jīng)歷

and so it is important for you to remember that your vision of yourself as being holy means that?

所以，重要的是記住，你視自己是神圣的，意味著：

you will have beautiful experiences holy experiences

你將會(huì)擁有美好的經(jīng)歷，神圣的經(jīng)歷

and this is what we want to soak you in this knowledge that you are in fact a divine aspect of God mind

這就是我們想要你沉浸其中的真知：你實(shí)際上是上主天心的一個(gè)神性面向

you have merely forgotten it?

你只是忘了這一點(diǎn)

and so your world reflects your lack of belief in your divinity?

所以，你的世界不過反應(yīng)了你缺乏神圣本質(zhì)的信念

your divinity is what will take you home?

你的神圣本質(zhì)將會(huì)帶你回家

your knowledge that you are connected to all?

你是與萬有連接的

that you are not abandoned?

你不是被遺棄的

that you are not in separate?

你并不是分裂的

it is this shift in perception that will take you home to the truth

正是這種觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變，將會(huì)帶你回到真理之鄉(xiāng)

which is that you are at one with all that is God the great universal consciousness?

在那里，你與萬有是一體的，那就是上主的偉大宇宙意識(shí)

this is not your natural home?

這里并不是你原本的家

you are away from your natural home

你遠(yuǎn)離了你原本的家

and that is why you feel abandoned and alone?

這就是為什么你會(huì)感到被遺棄，感到孤獨(dú)的原因

but you have chosen this journey into fear and separation?

但你自己選擇的這個(gè)進(jìn)入恐懼與分裂的旅程

and continue to choose that journey into fear and separation?

并且，還在繼續(xù)選擇進(jìn)入這個(gè)恐懼與分裂的旅程

every time you have a thought that is unloving about yourself?

每次你有這種想法的時(shí)候，都是不愛自己的表現(xiàn)

and that does not see yourself as holy?

你并沒有視自己為神圣的

so we want you to take this lesson seriously?

所以，我們希望你認(rèn)真練習(xí)這一課

and know that it is a beacon for your journey home to love?

了解到它是你返回愛的家鄉(xiāng)之旅的燈塔

I am that one that you know is Jesus?

我就是你們所認(rèn)識(shí)的J

and we will see you again tomorrow
